A cluster of fully furnished waterfront holiday houses. These cribs and baches would suit anything from a group of families wanting
to holiday together in the Marlborough Sounds through to just a couple of
blokes wanting to get away for a spot of fishing.

About Clova Bay
Clova Bay is in the deep Pelorus
and is suitable for fishing, swimming, diving, tramping, shellfish, water
skiing, mountain biking, hunting, sailing, or just as a base from which to
explore the Marlborough Sounds by boat or car.
How to Get Here
Access is by road (approximately 2 hours drive from Linkwater),
or sea (approximately 1 hour ride from Havelock Marina) or air (fly with Sounds
Air to an adjacent airstrip for approximately $50 per person from Koromiko
Airport, which is between Blenheim and Picton).
Another option is to water taxi from Picton to Torea Bay (which is about a 10 minute boat ride). Its
about a 50 minute ride by road from there and we can organise this for you if
required.

General Bach Features
All cribs are fully furnished,
including TVs with DVD players (no TV reception so bring your own movies),
radio/CD players, kitchen utensils, automatic washing machines, microwaves,
bedding etc.
The Farm House
This house is across the road
from the waterfront cribs. It has 2 bathrooms (one with a bath) a large lounge
room with a north facing deck with gas BBQ. Bedrooms have 1 king, 3 singles, 1
double, 1 single bunk set, 2 bunk sets with Queen on bottom and 1 Queen. This
house has a phone land line, internet access, a dishwasher and clothes drier.
Spring Lodge
This holiday house has 1 Queen
and 2 single bunk sets. One bunk set is in a separate bedroom and the other is
in a bedroom accessed off the main bedroom.
Allendale
This bach
has 1 Queen, 1 bunk set, 1 single bed (in the living room) and couch that folds
into a double bed (in the Queen room).
Wimbleton
This waterfront holiday home
has 1 Queen in one room and 1 single and 1 bunk with Queen bottom in the other
room.
Facilities
There is a grass tennis court, deep water
mooring, marina, floating jetty and boat launching ramp on site, all free and
available for the shared use of people using the cribs.
Boat Storage
Plenty of lock up boat storage
is also available on site, on a short or long term basis. There is also a large
workshop if required.
Supplies
Food, meals, fuel and/or other supplies are available by arrangement.
We do not provide recreational equipment so bring whatever you need to
do what you want to do in the Marlborough Sounds !!!
Rates
The base cost is $25 per adult per night, and $15 per child per night.
Minimum $75 per night per house for short term stays. Rates for long term,
regular, or large group stays on request.
Rates for December to February (inclusive) carry a peak time loading of
$10 per person per night.
