Our holiday home is fully self contained, sleeps four and consists of:

Two bedrooms:

Main bedroom with balcony (queen size bed)

Second bedroom- two single beds

Linen and towels supplied

Kitchen: Stove, microwave, fridge

Lounge: Wood fire, T.V, large windows looking onto beach

Bathroom: Shower, automatic washing machine

Lock up garage, deep freeze, BBQ, out door furniture

Restrictions - smoking only outside, minium stay 3 nights


Summer Rates: Dec to Mar- $135 per night / weekly rate $900

Winter Rates: Apr to Nov- $80 per night / weekly rate $500

Residential: ParaPara Beach Road, Takaka (on Highway to Collingwood)

Para Para beach is a very safe beach for small children and is excellent for swimming, boating, sailing, windsurfing, kayaking, scalloping, fishing, shellfish collecting and walking.

Para Para is close to two excellent whitebaiting rivers, the Aorere and Takaka rivers.

Para Para is situated at the base of Farewell Spit in the South Island of New Zealand, and is 20 minutes from Takaka township, and 10 minutes from Collingwood.

Both Takaka and Collingwood have several restaurants and shops, and Takaka has its own Village Theatre.
